Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to ACM Fund’s Terms & Conditions. ACM is an Armenian based and registered foundation located in Armenia. By accessing our website acm.am (the “Site”), including the materials and information posted on it and using our donation system, you accept these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”), including the conditions set out in the “Privacy Policy”.
Donation
You acknowledge and agree that as soon as donation is done ACM retains control over the donated funds. In the event that a project is fully funded or ACM receives a donation without reference to a specific project or category, the donated funds will be allocated to ACM’s general fund.
When doing a donation you may choose to make a recurring donation. In case of providing your consent for recurring donation you will be charged automatically each month until cancellation.
Cancellation and change of monthly donation
Recurring donations can be cancelled at any time. If you wish to cancel your recurring donation, you can contact us at info@acm.am or call (+374)98626018. To avoid future charges you may cancel your recurring donation prior to the next donation date.
You may change the amount of your monthly donation by contacting us at info@acm.am or call (+374)98626018. The change will enter into force with the next billing cycle.
In case of an issue encountered while making donations via the ACM website, please write an email to info@acm.am within 10 business days describing the issue and providing your contact details. Our specialists will consider your case or will process requests for refunds and get back to you within 5 business days after receiving your letter.
Collection and Use of Personal Information
Certain parts of the Site require the collection and use of certain personal information. ACM collects, uses and transfers your personal information in accordance with the terms set forth in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, access, use and share your information.
Third party services and websites
The Site may offer certain third party services or contain links to third party sites and your use of them will be governed by their applicable terms and privacy policies. We don’t control and aren’t liable for those sites.
General
We may provide notices to you via the email address you have registered for your Account.
ACM reserves the right to change these Terms and Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes. In case such changes and adjustments are made, ACM will upload the updates Terms at acm.am
